The view from the top of Silver Lake Mountain rewards a hiker's perseverence with a memorable vista.

A perfect spot for meditation while taking in the amazing view.	Dew forming on a leaf reflects the overcast sky, common during this season.
Slivers of shiny silver break up the monotone earthly colors of the foliage.	An overcast sky does not ruin the hike, but helps to saturate the already intense colors and relax the eyes.
